hi..
I want to do XMLParsing in c(windows). for that i need the libxml/xmlversion.h file. so can any one please tell me how to find or include the file in visual studio 2008.

but i want to use libxml2 instead of MSXML since libxml2 is platform independent.

Sorry, I misinterpreted that.
Did you install the libxml package? Then you should know where to find the include files. If not, see [^] for download and install (the files from the archive must be copied).

i have done all the things properly but when i am going to run it is asking for iconv.dll

See my link in the above comment. When using the binary libxml package, you must also download and install the iconv and zlib packages.
