why display website different layout in different computer and same browser?

Hi experts,
i have a quesion plz help me god bless you every one
i publish a website and upload it on my iis, it runs correctly in my computer with this address for example : http://localhost:8080/default.aspx
but when i replace my computer ip with localhost for example : http://192.168.1.1:8080/default.aspx or i upload it on the server,layout of my web site changes and gets destroyed and exchanges (my website in all computer is running at the same browser(ie)).
Thanks in advance for an answer.

Solution 1

It seems that you have used CSS in your website and placed the CSS file in some folder which is not getting access. Please, use web.config file to provide a anonymous access to the folder.

thanks for your answer ,but i think its not my problem because CSS works right but some things are not right for instance i create a box that its not in true place on server CSS has effect on my web site but is not complete correct and same in different computer,do you have another idea?thanks a lot
