DataSet.WirteXml() generate root node

I am generating xml file using DataSet.I use (DataSet.WirteXml()) Method but
The generated XML contains the <newdataset> node as a root
node:
<newdataset>
<policy_detail>
<ipin>

I need <policy_detail> node to be root node.
