Applicaiton Run Time Error on Windows 7 OS

Hi ,
I created a setup file for my Application. It runs ion Windows XP. But it doesn't run on windows 7 OS. why ?This is a Application Error:
Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG) .How to solve this issue?please help me

Not enough information. Did you try to run installation as administrator? What happened?

Hi all,
Finally , I solved my problem . I didn't install a PDF software in my OS. So i can;t open the Application.
