How To Control Two Parameter in ValueConverter

Hi,
I wrote a value converter for a property of my objects.I was controlling one property but there is a new stuation .
I should control another property of the object. If this property is higher from 0 ,after that I should control the property which I controllled before.
I mean , is it possible to control two value in a converter ? Or Can I represent this situation in another way?
