chat system Video & mic in asp.net

Hello Coders
I am developing a project which need to add chat system between the users and could chat with camera and microphone ... I could not even imagine how it will works and if I can really do that with asp.net or not , even searching in Google I failed I could not find any good results , so please if any one could help me or give me guide lines :D I would be appreciated... :D thanks
* I have noticed all chat services using flash :( I don't know if its the only way to do such thing to my website.

I would recommend that you look at the following for the chat system:
