I want virtual Keyboard in Windows CE Device by Coding(Visual Studio ,VB/C#,Platform Windows CE).

In Windows CE Device only English Langauge Pack is avail.

For Arabic We Used ACERT2_ARB.cab MobiDivCENET.PPC3_ARM.CAB this software.

I want to make this type of application.
