Dear Sir,
How can I create a pluggable DAL in .Net framework 4. That works any type of database.
I can do this through ADO.Net.

You can always consider using the Enterprise Library.
It offers many features apart from setting up multiple connections - start with http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc163766.aspx[^].
