Is there any simple code to record audio from microphone ?

I have tried the code in link:

It works fine in local system.. but when uploaded in Server it is not working .. so i wanted to know if there is any alternative code for audio recording from microphone using C#.net .Please help!
I got a few codes but they were in VB.net or C++. I am new to C#.net coding so looking for some simple code or link.

VB.NET to C# is not that tough! There are online free editors to convert them.

yes can u pls provide some converters as i found one of them in dotnet fusion but it could not convert if conditions of VB.net... if u provide converters links that would be really helpful...!

Have a look at these tools:

Developer Fusion Convert C# to VB.NET [^]

There are more on the web. But they would not convert 100% successfully. These would help you to get a base to satrt with. Manual is the final and best way. Converters would help you greatly in converting. Use it, try and post specific if you get stuck.

And we are supposed to know what "the Server" is and "it is not working" means? Did you try anything from your previous question before reposting this?

The Server that is used is Windows Server 2008. Still the recording i am not able to read, but the audio file is saved in that specified location with 44 bytes irrespective of how much time i record. It is not working means file is saved but i am not able to read or hear recording! Then as per the previous post i have tried the link that was provided and that i have downloaded required dll but still it shows error as

The type or namespace name 'Microphone' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

even after adding the refrence which is specified in link which is

using Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio;

I have added in bin first then added from add refrence but still that was not resolved.. so I reposted the question ...
