and here is a wordpress blog begined from .C# base skills on Excel develop/[^] if you wish some practice just have a check.
As for books , better way is to find on msdn http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/dd285474[^]

and then some good books as recommended in the answers to this question may be better to consolidate the programming knowledge in C#
