How to change subgrid header text jqgrid ?

Hi,
I am using Jqgrid in my application. There is requirement that I have to show some data in subgrid in Jqgrid but I don't want to show the header text of Jqgrid. I just want to show only data in subgrid. How can I do that ? Please guide
