Sub headings with HTML Help Workshop

I want to create a help package with HHW (HTML Help Workshop). Everything is fine but I couldn't create sub headings under a main header. Did anyone of you know how to do that? If so please share it with me.

Solution 1

It looks like an old post. May be you solved the issue but here is the solution:

1. First add a heading in the Contents.
2. Right click the newly added heading and add topic.

That's it.
