TortoiseSvn is just a gui for svn. Integrates into Windows explorer and allows you to do check ins and check outs view the logs etc. For vs2010 you need to use http://ankhsvn.open.collab.net/[^] - it's a similar app to the one that VJ gave you the link to, but you need to have TortoiseSvn installed if I'm not mistaken.

That will integrate into your Ide and allow you to perform your svn actions from there.
