This is not a well framed question! We cannot work out what you are trying to do/ask from the post. Please elaborate and be specific.
Use the "Improve question" link to edit your question and provide better information.

Create xsd file(dataset.xsd) which returns dataset
in your design page drag a gridview and in gridview properties doubleclick on datasourceID it will open 'Data Source Configure Wizard'.
Now select 'Object' from the list then OK.
Configure Datasource wizard will be opened, now choose your xsd file name from the dropdown and follow the steps and Finish.

If you have any doubts in this.. reply me back.. i ill giv more clear explanation.

What if Object is not available? Only [None] and [Create New]
