wcf with sql database

Hi all,
any one help to me how to create a wcf service that must be calling sqldatabase tables.
suppose employee table have the field EID,ENAME,ESALARY,EDEPT.
now in my wcf have EID as input parameters nad return the ENAME,....
and also should provide the insertdata,get data ,like that...........
so please any one help to me how to i write that.........(client application as silver light application)
