GUI link opeartion in C#

HI,
i am working on automation. I want to open any link in the OS property page. i am able to open the OS property page but not able to access the OS property page.could you pleae help me on how to access the link in OS property page using c# code.

Not sure what you mean by OS Property Page. You can get a good deal of information on the environment.
