Sure, what about Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, MudBox, Silo, Wings3D, Z-Brush, AutoCAD? etc etc

Microsoft Expression Blender Can Handel 3D objects in .obj format. It is somewhat easy to learn and implement.
There is a Introduction about it.
