im getting following error:
sharepoint 2010 products configuration wizard failed failed to secure the sharepoint resources

Have a look at this tutorial, seems very thorough: Installing SharePoint 2010 on Windows 2008 Server R2 [^]

If you encounter problems, please post any error messages etc.
