OpenSSL compilation on Windows, "no-store" option

Hello.

I have compiled OpenSSL 1.0.0e on Windows. There is an option that turn on by default - "no-store". What does it mean?
Does it mean that with this option I will NOT have a store for root, CA, signed certificates,
CRLs, the certificate of OCSP responder and so on?
