tracing is not working in web application

I had a asp.net website.I changed it to web application for resolving some issues.After this code is never going to "Trace.WriteIf".When i am running(debug mode) it is skipping this line and going to next line.If i am running this throw immediate window, it is working fine.Data is getting inserted in trace table as well.It is perfectly working in website.
