i want to create a UI design for an application........ For example like task maneger's design.... how can i make it....?

Solution 1

Draw it out on paper and then mark the different sections, deciding what item each needs to be. It's then just a matter of dragging toolbox elements onto your form.

Wireframes are good for planning out a UI design, have a look at some of these

Some free, some paid - but they'll give you a few ideas
