Deploying WCF when i run in vs2010 it runs but when run in virtual directory http doest not hit wcf

I have wcf which runs under vs2010 but when i deploye it invirtual directory using url of http://localhost:3456/apps.svc/GetStates[^]

here GetStates is function it doest not hit that function to return output in json format please help me what to do ?

I would recommend you use fiddler to work out any http request failures. Added to that have you tried using the WCF Test Client?
