how to hide popup when page postback?

I want to do when open a page www.xxxx.com firstly pop up comes
but when page postback or refresh this pop up not come ı dont want to see again

how can ı do in asp.net c#

pop up has not ok button cancel button only has close button

only ı want to do popup only one time run than do not work again and again when page refresh
