image control related problem in asp

hello guys
i am working on social networking site with asp.net my requirement is a page hold an image control when user mouse move image control then one link button show name as chage picture and user click this button go to navigate url
same as facebook profile picture control working
i am junior developer pls help me

i beleive .net team solve this problem

Solution 1

Add the button, change the button background to Image, on click of the image use Response.Redirect to redirect to specific URL, that should resolve the problem of your's
