how to modify a pc eg.(temp, cookies) using c#

I have to modify temp files, cookies, browsing history & so on.
How can I access & modify these.
Please help me with your kind guidance.

Just go to the directory where they are stored and modify the files you are interested in. But be aware that different browsers store their information in different locations.
