As Luc said STOP doing any more work with VB6, download the FREE express tools and start with a language that is not DEAD

And yes I am shouting, you are making one of the worst mistakes in your young life.

Notepad++ is the editor which you need to use for any type of language you have to format, and indented.

Search Google or download it from following web site.

Are you trying to write a syntax colorizer? If you are not, then the VB6 IDE already syntax highlights the code for you. And you'd be better off using that IDE than an external text editor.
