Communication between Flex4.6 and VS2010

i download a Flurine from Internet,and then set it up on my PC. What i want to do is to realise the communication between Flex4.6 and ASP.net. I got a sample to try. However the Result let me down. It said System can't find the .dll file or some others relative. I do not know what should i do next. I read the help documents of Flurine. Some xml config file should be added many items in. I got confused for it. Who can help me.Thanks.
