How to set image url from image in database

Hi friends

I have a table called 'Members' in that i am storing member image in one column I.e.
Column: Memberpicture (image,null)

I want to retrive that image column from database and need to assign that image to image control imageUrl which is in datalist itemtemplate

Please help me

you have to use generic handler to retrive and displaying the image.
