Not able to se the website after uploading

Hi I am working on asp.net(C#) and developed one static website using this platform. After developing the website I am publishing the website and Uploading it to the server. After finishing this when I enter the address in the address bar of the browser, instead of the webpage what i am seeing is the script which I have done for the page while designing. please do help me on this situation

Web sever? I didn't get.. lwhat i am doing is publishing it in VS-2008 and uploading it using the FileZilla...when I search the site then I see the scripting which I done for the webpage for its designing

Not enough information. If depends how you host it, is the HTTP server running, what kind of server, how is it configured.

Server, not "sever". If you did not get it, you are not doing Web development; this could be just your delusion. Your HTTP server might not be running or correctly set up, or something like that.

Based on what you shared/asked, it seems that you have not hosted your website correctly.
