I am presently working on a asp.net application, and mostly face with the compatibility issues for menus,if the checkbox(Display all websites in compatibility view) is not checked means my menus fall behind the content of that page,is there any plugins needs to be installed so as to avoid this problem or any other solutions available

Please respond as earlier as possible

Please consider the below consideration

It is ok for individual but,if i deploy it in server na,thn i couldn't ask everyone to check their compatibility settings[because individual might change their compatibility settings for their comfort right],is ther any other remedy for this issue[any add-ons,or any code work to be done??]

If you are using IE, just select tools -> compatibility view and your website should display correctly.
You can store these settings as well.
