how to add help file to controls on "design time"?

Hey everyone;
I think to sell several controls on internet. I created to sell controls. But i don't know how to add help file to controls on design time for other users. Which of you guys can help me about that??

Actually i just mean wonder how to add help file to controls which i created. When any user integrated my controls to itself, can get help about controls without running.

You can create help files any way you like. I don't think the built in controls have targetted, 'click on this to get help' help, so I doubt that mechanism exists, just a general help file.

Thanks your effort. But my controls and help file to integrate are ready. I just need to integrate them. Is it possible that when user wants to learn what the control does, it is enough to press F1 key??
