Visual Studio Command Prompt (2010)

Can someone tell me why I get the error "ERROR: Cannot determine the location of the VS Common Tools folder" after starting the command line entry tool? One way around this I found is to check the box "Run as administrator" from the Advanced Properties. Then I am able to use the command prompt without an issue. However, I am wondering if my Visual Studio installation got messed up?

Does anyone else have this issue?
