To shown error in sql server2008

SQL-Server-2008

CREATE DATABASE TestDb ON
( FILENAME = N'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\TestDb.mdf')
FOR ATTACH

But not execute above query.
Error msg is 'Device activation error. The physical file name 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\TestDb.mdf' may be incorrect.'

How will i solve above problems???
Please help me any instruction....
