Ajax not Working on web server

Actually i am new to ajax texhnologies.

I am building a webpage using ajax.
at locallhost it will work fine,
but after loading on webserver it will load whole page after every post back.
please tell me anyone why this is happen.

Did you have added reference of Ajax in bin folder.
