Points of Interest along a route with showing properties

hi to all, i want show POIs(Point of Interest) along a route on google map , i have many properties on google map, i want to show the area along the root and also show the clustering of properties along the path, please help me , i have a link for example:

this is very good example for me, but i don't understand the coding working of module, how they getting data from server,
I want to show properties and street and street price on them from database, my application C#
please help, thanks in advance
