using Device my Webservice returned Server not found exception in Wp7

Hi,

I have developed a application of Wp7,

using HttpWebrequset (Q 1: In POST method i am appending the parameters to Url, Is it right Process ?) its worked fine through Emulator but in device i got the Exception "Server returned :Not Found "

is any mistake in appending the parameters ?

Can i add any Time out method (if it is right How can i add this )?
