How to set background image for full page in reporting services

Hi..
Im using reporting services in visual studio 2008. I set background image as watermark in my page. But it shows only to that report size,for eg if i've 25 records & im showing 10 records per page then in 3rd page,the image displayed only to that 5 records size... I want to set that image for my full for all pages. Also i set backgroundrepeat option to repeat.How to do solve this...
