I want to start iPhone programming using objective c but first I need MacOS so where can I install free virtual machine to install on my windows 64 bit (Sony Vaio laptop 3 GB Ram, core 2 duo 2.0)

Installing MacOS on a Windows machine violates the license agreement from Apple. To develop for the iPhone using objective C, you really need to buy a Mac. You can then run a virtual machine on the Mac that runs Windows (what you want to do in reverse). Unfortunately, you cannot do it (legally) the way you want to do.
