i m working in asp.net4.0.when i run my application then i need to only show parentpage url. Can I hide address bar of Childpage url and only show parent url can visible in asp.net4.0

How are you creating the childpage? Is it a modal dialog? A new window?

Solution 1

You can't make the browser show a URL other than the one it's displaying, no. You can make your child page appear when you browse to the parent page with a URL parameter, with Server.Transfer ( from memory )
