Why are you "unable"? It's simple 4th grade math isn't it? How are we to know from your zero informatin presented what it is that you are trying to do and give you suggestions?

actually i have gone through it but i am unable to understand it i am able to calculate the first level but as the level increases the commission rate will differ so that part i am unable to perform it

If u have Idea about the Project then Start the Project...
Else U don't start Blindly....
So next time don't Start the Project Without any Idea...
