Hello, ~~help me please,~~ I have image and object how to find out is this object on image or not and if it is how to find object's coordinates?

You would use the Hough transform to find the object. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hough_transform

Hi,
You can achieve this goal by reading image header.
