How can i send sms to mobile by desktop application using domain/ without domain fare???

Solution 1

Buy the SMS services APIs from the providers specific to your country or specific to where the SMS are to be delivered and integrate into your application. You will need a internet connection for sending the SMS. No 'domain fare' will be required..
