how to launch webpage when any link is clicked from list

i have developed an application in which one of the activity contains a list of links(url),now what i need to do is to open a relevant webpage on the list item click with in the application.i know how to launch webpage as well as making the list of url but i don't know how to make connection between them,basically i need to know how to achieve this functionality,so i need your help..please let me know if i am not clear enough !!thanks
