How to insert an image into a Database and retreive/Daisplay it in DataGridView

I have two column in my database table employee which are id and photo am lookin for a way to insert an image into the photo column along wit an id into the id column and after then be able to retrieve/display the id an image in the database wit a datgridview any source code is goin to help alot
