How to open a image with comments and likes in asp.net with jquery

Okay i m explaining this if i a user has own profile and after that he upload some images in gallery now he want his friends comments on pictures. I am opening image through jquery light box but now i want also add a div with textbox or etc by which his friends can add their comments on this pic etc..

You will never open an image "with a textbox". Your "question" is unclear, you have not provided any indication that you have actually tried anything and no one is going to just give you a project solution for it.
