problem with Crystal Report viewer

Hello All
I am using Crystal Report viewer in asp.net 4.0. I have problem with SAP crystal report viewer it is not showing large page size reports. I have tried to change paper size from printer setting. but its not working.. please help me..

what kind of problem you are facing exactly; as because i am also using SAP Crystal report but didn't facing any problem till now.
