How to create a Setup Project

1. At the time of creating setup project which version of Crystal Report viewer is required for vs2005.

2. I want to create a setup project using crystal report viewer, .Net framework 2.0, sql express 2005, .MDF and .LDF files,pictures and .exe, how develop these kind of project, means how to add these prerequisites and .MDF database files and Images files with the compact project, so that separate installation not required.

After executing that setup no other setup is not required.
If it possible that any free third party software is available then also it will be helpful for me.

Please help.
