cann't view youtube video in pocket pc mobile application using visual studio 2008?

Everytime i go to view a youtube video the following message comes up:

The file 'rtsp://rtsp.youtube.com/youtube/videos/xh1w15bwcuk/video.3gp?w=1' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring the file.

any insight would be greatly appreciated!
