I want develop web based chat application for an organization.

my requirement is, if user minimize the browser, when message will come the browser should blink. how to achieve this
I got many article for develop chat application in google.but no one fulfill my requirement

You can't get almost everything as your requirement is, but you can get some articles on CP for references which let you move on.
