how to upload pdf link in news page?

hai..
in my webpage news & events are loaded from database. now i want to click a news link the pdf file loaded in new page. i don't know how to read a pdf file from database into scrolling news.

Usually you have to SELECT the data from a database.

Do you mean that you want to open a PDF file and update that PDF file and the information that you are updating onthe PDF file must be saved before closed.
if you want to do this i suggest to prefer

or

do you want to open PDF file from the database.

Please clerify once..
